Get the very best from your choice of outfits by ensuring that every garment is the perfect fit. Not only will this give you maximum comfort,
but it will also help you to look your best by giving you a smoother and more flattering shape. So measure up and don't guess! For your assistance
we have devised an easy to follow measuring guide.
Bras, Body Shapers and Basques:
To find your bra size
Measure firmly around your ribcage just under your bust making sure that the tape is flat and straight across your back. If the measurement is
even add 4", if the measurement is odd add 5".
To find your cup size
Measure around your bust at the fullest part in the same way, the difference between this measurement and your bra size determines your cup size. If
this measurement is the same as your bra size, your cup is A.
Same size = A cup
1" greater = B cup
2" greater = C cup
3" greater = D cup
4" greater = DD cup
Waist measurement
Measure your body around the natural waistline.
Hip measurement
Measure the fullest part 8" below the waist.

What does 'one-size' mean?
'One-size' garments come only in one size. Please note: This does not mean that one-size fits all. Typically it will fit a dress size 8-14 in the standard
ranges and 16-20 in the plus size ranges.
Rubber Wear
Rubber wear is designed to be a tight fit, the Medium will suit dress sizes 10-12 and the large will suit dress sizes 14-16. Handy Tip: Always use a little talc on
the body and inside of the garment to help ease it on.
